Charlesbank Landing on the Esplanade

FPA is providing permitting services for the development of the Charlesbank Landing Riverfront Pavilion and Visitors Center. The project site is the former Lee Pool Complex at the Boston Esplanade, which is located along the Charles River. FPA’s Scope of Services includes:

• • Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act (MEPA) Review, including preparation of an Environmental Notification Form (ENF) and request for a Rollover Environmental Impact Report (EIR) or Single EIR
• • Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) Design Review,
• • Boston Conservation Commission - Notice of Intent Filing under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (WPA)
• • MassDEP Waterways - Chapter 91 License

When completed, this transformative facility will welcome visitors to the Boston Esplanade and connect them to the Charles River.
