Trinity Financial was designated as the redeveloper by the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) Board following an open Request for Proposals. Following designation, FPA was retained by Trinity Financial to obtain local, state, and federal approvals to redevelop two parcels of land within Charlestown owned by the City of Boston. The project proposes to redevelop the existing surface-level parking lots into a mixed-use development with four buildings collectively containing new rental and homeownership dwelling units, arts and culture space, commercial space, early childhood education space, indoor recreation space, and structured and surface parking spaces. In addition, an urban plaza and playing fields with private open space accessible to the public, and related site and public realm improvements are anticipated.
